1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Anlyser's PII masking service. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

Anlyser provides automated personally identifiable information (PII) detection and masking services for healthcare organizations. Our service helps organizations maintain HIPAA compliance while processing healthcare analytics data.

3. HIPAA Compliance

While our service is designed to help organizations maintain HIPAA compliance, customers remain responsible for their overall HIPAA compliance strategy. Our service should be part of a comprehensive compliance program.

4. Data Processing

Our service processes data in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. We:

• Do not store processed data
• Maintain audit logs of processing activities
• Implement industry-standard security measures
• Provide transparent processing documentation

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be issued for prolonged unscheduled downtime.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Protect access credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Report any security concerns promptly

7. Pricing and Payment

Service fees are billed monthly based on the selected plan. Overages may result in additional charges. Payment is required to maintain service access.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, customers must cease use of the service and remove any integration code.

9. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
